Re-registration ended on 30 June. You must now request restoration if you failed to re-register.
The re-registration period ended on 30 June. If you have not re-registered your company by then, you will have to request a restoration of your company, along with a SBD 1,000 fee. See this link for more details.
Overseas companies which show evidence of carrying on business in Solomon Islands have been loaded into the system.
The first guidance note, on restoration of companies who have failed to re-register has been issued. The Registrar may issue guidance on various matters from time to time. Details are found here.
If you aren't comfortable with the internet or the Company Haus website, come to Company Haus on Mendana Ave in front of the immigration office. There is a computer terminal with internet access - and Company Haus staff will happily assist you get your company registered or re-registered.
